Mother's Dream

Elke’s bakery was the dream of my mother. She brought us here from Germany in 2008 to open her very own German Bakery in Springfield Forest park. She has been a passionate baker ever since I can remember. After I graduated high school I joined to work in the bakery with her. Baking for me is a lifestyle and I absolutely love it. After running the bakery for about 5 years and meeting lots of great customers that had become friends, we sadly had to close the bakery due to my mother falling ill. Now having beaten cancer we have decided to bring back the beloved bakery. We are the mother, daughter duo that has lots of passion in what they do.
